WARRANTY AND CERTIFICATE

Kolie is a trademark of the licensed company WEB TRADES LTD by an EU member state. Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver. Depending on the type of product, the warranty covers: all joints, clasps, built-in stones and their installation. The warranty does not include: loss of gloss after scratching the surface, mechanical deformation and discoloration.

Sterling Silver Jewelry: silver 92.5% (sample 925). The alloy does not contain nickel, cadmium and other harmful and allergenic substances. The warranty period is 1 (one) year from the date of purchase of the product.
